Terms and Conditions for Boarding the Boat (Cleopatra Yachts)

 

GENERAL

These conditions apply to all passengers on board

 

1. Crew Instructions

You must follow the instructions of the crew at all times.

The crew is authorized to take measures to ensure the safety of passengers

and crew members

 

2. Safety and Own Risk

Boarding and leaving the boat is entirely at your own risk.

We are not liable for any damage, injury or losses resulting from boarding or leaving

the boat unlessthere is intent or gross negligence on the part of the crew.

 

3. Liability

The organization is not responsible for the loss, nor for any damage of personal

belonging on board not of any damage caused by unforeseen circumstances.

 

4. Food and Drinks

It is not permitted to bring your own food and / or drinks on board.

Refreshments are available for purchase on board from the crew.

 

5. Compliance with Rules

Failure to comply with these terms may result in denial of access to the boat ,

without any entitlement to a refund of cost incurred.

 

By boarding the boat, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
